SHIPPING

Please allow 2-4 business days, for us to process and ship your order. This time frame may increase during sales. *Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping time it takes to receive your order.  Once your order has been fulfilled, tracking information will be provided.  Vanna Zee is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. In any case this occurs the option of filing a claim through USPS, UPS or with your local police department is highly encouraged. 

We process and ship out orders Monday - Friday and are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays unless otherwise specified.

CANCELLING OR AMMENDING ORDERS
We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.

These measurements can be used as a size guide, most of our pieces are true to size, however, products may differ across various fabrics and styles.

RETURNS: 

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately we do not accept returns that are past the 14 day/ 2 week delivery time frame.

*Customer is responsible for return shipping, Vanna Zee does not provide return labels. We recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services so you know when the return has been delivered.

Due to sanitary reasons, items being returned must be in the original condition in which it was sent, with no sign of visible wear such as: Makeup, Deodorant Stains, Fragrances, etc. Otherwise the return will be rejected by our return department. We kindly ask you to package the item with care in the original form it was sent.

All swimwear and accessories (jewelry, bags, hats etc.) cannot be returned. 

Any item purchased using a discount code higher than 15% is non-refundable (including all items marked as Final Sale)

Once the package has been released to us by the post office, you will receive an email confirming the refund to the original form of payment. Once the refund has been issued, depending on your bank funds may take anywhere from 5-7 business days to be reflected onto your account.

Vanna Zee reserves the right to reject any return that is not within the 14 day return window and not in the original condition it was sent.

EXCHANGES: Since our items tend to sell our fairly quickly, we do not offer exchanges - if you need a different size please return your item and place a new order.
